a British organization that tests the quality of products and publishes the results each month in its magazine Which?. This helps people to choose the best products and also gives the organization influence, which it uses to protect the interests of consumers (= people who buy goods or use services). The organization was formed in 1956 as the Consumers' Association and changed its name in 2004. It also publishes books, including The Good Food Guide.
