(1928-1999) a British politician who was also known for his sexual adventures. His father was Kenneth Clark. He was a member of Margaret Thatcher's government and came to the public's attention through the Matrix Churchill affair and through his diary of the Thatcher years, which was very successful when it was published in 1993.
