(1909-2000) a US actor, the son of Douglas Fairbanks and usually called Douglas Fairbanks Junior. His films include The Prisoner of Zenda (1937), Gunga Din (1939) and Ghost Story (1981). He was in the US Navy during the World War II and won many medals. He settled in London in the early 1950s and produced films and television shows. Fairbanks was married to the actor Joan Crawford.
