a large US company, established in 1898 and based in Alcron, Ohio, which produces and sells tyres and other rubber products in many countries around the world. The company is also well known for its airships called blimps (= aircraft like large balloons filled with gas lighter than air and driven by engines). These regularly fly with television cameras over sports events.
