Disneyland™

- the original US amusement park opened by Walt Disney in 1955 at Anaheim, California and now known as Disneyland Park. It is divided into different 'lands' such as Adventureland, Frontierland and Tomorrowland. There are also hotels, restaurants and theatres in the area around it, and the whole site is known as Disneyland Resort. Similar parks built later are Disney World which opened in 1971, Tokyo Disneyland (1983), Disneyland Paris (1992), Hong Kong Disneyland (2005) and Shanghai Disneyland (2016).
