Eddie Cochran

- (1938-60) a US singer of rock and roll music whose career began in 1956. He played the guitar, and his most popular songs were C'mon Everybody (1958) and Summertime Blues (1958). He died in a car crash. Cochran had recorded Three Steps to Heaven (1960) just before his death.
