  1. (1912-2001) a US singer of popular songs. He had a very relaxed style and pleasant voice. Most of his successful records were made in the 1950s when The Perry Como Show was on television. They include No Other Love (1953) and Catch A Falling Star (1958), for which he received a Grammy award.
