the Three Choirs Festival

- a British music festival which is held every year in either Gloucester, Hereford or Worcester. The three cities take turns to hold the event. Much of the music is performed by their cathedral choirs, though visiting choirs also take part. Most of the performances also take place in the cathedrals. The festival has been held since the early 18th century.
